Great location near the tram for easy city access. The comfy beds and hot showers were a plus. Just a heads up, the bathroom setup isn't very private and could use more hooks. A bit of cleanliness could go a long way, but overall, it offers good value.

Had an amazing stay for travellers looking for an overnight stay, everything was really good. This hotel was set in a central area right by supermarket and eateries, a peaceful park nearby on Cotham Rd and restaurants. It also was to centre of melbourne.

we recently stayed at vivo aparthotel and found it to be a spacious accommodation with all the essentials we needed for our trip. the bathroom was compact yet well-designed. we appreciated the comfortable bed and how clean the room was, with fresh towels provided upon request. the staff were friendly and attentive, while parking was conveniently located underneath the building. shopping and cafes were just a short walk away, and we had a peaceful stay overall.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from my venue. I appreciated the comfy bed, warm room, and well-equipped kitchenette. Ivan, our host, was really good, making us feel welcome and even recommending a nearby restaurant with great food.

The bathroom situation was a real nightmare. The sink leaked everywhere, turning the tiny space into a slippery hazard. There were no hooks for towels or toiletries, making it awkward to use. Honestly, it was a frustrating experience.

The location is unbeatable-right on Kew Junction, close to heaps of restaurants and shops. Plus, it's just a hop away from public transport, making it super easy to explore.

That said, the place could use some updating. The furniture seemed a bit dated, and more kitchen utensils would have been great for longer stays. the room could use a bit more natural light. But overall, it was a lovely base for my celebrations!
